Ship management Department mainly engages in professional ship management, providing Technical, marine supervision, crew management and manning
service for shipowners。

In compliance with the ISM code, ISPS code, ISO9001:2008, Company’s Safety Management System (SMS) was finished and obtained the DOC certificate issued by ABS.

We have a group of high quality ship management personnel from COSCO, including many senior Captains and Chief Engineers who have the rich experiences of management of various kinds of vessels including bulk carriers, general cargo vessels etc.

Inhering to and insist on the company policy of "People oriented，safety controlling and environmental protecting，acting in good faith with high quality service, and taking the path of sustainable development", and its commitment "the ethics-based, cooperation win-win", we sincerely hope that we could achieve more strengthen cooperations with the shipowners and crew, and gain common development as well.

Management objectives:

To ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular, to the marine environment, and to property

1. Provide for safe practices in the ship operation and a safe working environment;

2. Assess all identified risks to its ships, personnel and the environment and establish appropriate safeguards;

3. Continuously improve safety management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ships, including preparing for emergencies related both to safety and environmental protection;

4. In the operation of the shipboard pollution preventing, Company shall ensure all staffs to strictly observe relevant conventions, codes and regulations on pollution preventing and environmental protecting, and with all the requirements which described in the Company’s commitments and QSMS.
